Skin drop-down suggestions should display only pages containing XWiki.XWikiSkins objects

    Description

      At the moment, in Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes, the Skin drop-down also displays some page suggestions that are not related to skin configuration and may cause confusions to the user (e.g. User profiles, Help, Home).

      Instead, the drop-down should only suggest pages containing XWiki.XWikiSkins objects.
