<name>NotificationsMacro</name>

      Should be:

      <web>XWiki.Notifications.Code.Macro</web>
<name>NotificationsMacro</name>

      It should not have not any effect (maybe https://forum.xwiki.org/t/10-8-1-to-10-9-notifications-macro-doesnt-work/3894) but it is still better to fix it and to document it.
