In case of problem rights when moving/copying a page the UI displays a success

Reproduction step:

• Create a page as admin
• Logout and try to copy the page in another space

Expected result:

• error message as a guest user by default does not have rights to edit a page

Obtained result:

• success message, but the page is not copied
