Icons from Applications panel aren't changed when changing Icon Theme

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Access Administration > Look & Feel > Themes
      3. Change Icon Theme from Font Awesome to Silk
      4. Observe the icons in the wiki

      Expected results: All the icons are changed as expected.

      Actual results: The icons under Applications remain the same.

      NOTE: The same issue appears when changing the Icon Theme from Page Administration.

            The problem is indeed caching but server side caching since applications panel is both async and cached. Will need to find a way to indicate that icon theme should trigger a cache invalidation for this panel.

            Icons never change, cleared cache and tested with Chrome also.

            It looks like a problem with the asynchronous feature. Are the panels using the right icons if you clear your browser cache and reload the page?
