Tree issues - deselection of pages acts like the only selection when Exporting as HTML or XAR

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Create a new page (parent) eg. Page1
3. Create 2 child pages to the parent one eg. Page1.Child1 and Page1.Child2
4. Click on the parent page
5. Click on More Actions > Export > Other Formats
6. Deselect one of the child pages
7. Click on Export as XAR
8. Open the containing XAR to see the containing pages eg. use 7Zip
9. Export again as HTML
10. Extract the archive eg with 7Zip
11. Access the index.html to see the pages

Expected results: Only the selected pages are exported.

Actual results: Only the Deselected pages are exported.
