Getting UnsupportedOperationException in an asynchronous or cached panel if not context element has been provided

When the panel does not need any context information (use case rare enough to not have been noticed before but still make lot of sense) you don't associate it with any contextual element. But when you do that the async panel rendering crashes.

The workaround is to set any of the contextual information, like the wiki for example.
