Description
The idea is that Copy, Create, Rename, Delete are actions, and the user enters in a special state for that particular page. We don't want the user to Edit or perform other actions. He should focus on the current action or cancel it.
So we should remove .xdocLastModification and #contentmenu for the Copy, Rename, Delete actions. This will make them consistent with Create and Administer Page.
I would leave the <hr>, so I would preserve the current behaviour that we have on Administer Page, and add this to Create page. The hr separates a bit the action name / title, from the content / parameters.
