Cannot "Select all" the pages when deleting AWM apps

    Description

      • Create an app with AWM
      • Switch Admin user to Advanced user
      • press "Delete" from content menu
      • check the "Affect children(7)"
      • click on "Select all" - it will work the first time you press it, but it will fail if:
        • Expand "TestApp Structure (TestApp.Code.TestAppClass)". When click on the checkbox you will be redirected on TestApp/Code/TestAppClass
        • Pressing again on "Select all" will select just the "Pages that do not contain any used XClass" node
