Create an upgrade test from a 8.4.6 with enabled FS storage

We need a test to validate FS store migrations older than 10.3 (when FS store has been made the default).

Since it has to be custom it's also a good occasion to add the following:

• deleted attachments
• attachment located in page with a long name with a lot of uppercase characters
