The dashboard icon is present twice after an upgrade from pre 9.9 if the dashboard is modified

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Take XWiki 9.7
      • Go to the dashboard
      • Add a new gadget
      • Save
      • Upgrade to XWiki 10.11.x

      You end-up with 2 "dashboard" icons in the App Panel.

      This is because the UIExtension that were originally in Dashboard.WebHome has been moved into an other page (see XWIKI-14735) but Dashboard.WebHome has the "customizable" property so it won't get upgraded after it has been touched by the user.
