Quick jump dialog: add ability to navigate with keyboard arrows across the suggestions

The quick jump dialog is very useful for quickly navigating to a given page. Adding the possibility to navigate across the results with keyboard arrows would be very handy: down/up arrows, and even page up/down keys in case of many results (similarly to what happens with integrated development environments).
