Quick jump dialog: suggest results based on Solr search

It seems that the suggestions presented by the current quick jump dialog are based on a partial match in page titles of the input string. However sometimes, on large wikis containing pages with long titles, remembering the correct order of words can get tricky. For this reason, that'd be great imho if the suggestions came from Solr search instead, across page titles in a first step, possibly across page content in the future.
