In some conditions, notifications can load forever

Reason: When a space is excluded from the watched locations, ScopeNotificationFilter generates a bad query that returns events from everywhere. Then the time is wasted on post-filters that exclude all these events.

In myxwiki.org, on my own wiki, notifications are loading forever (and the corresponding thread never ends).
