The information message for a job waiting should not be displayed on Distribution Wizard and Extension Manager

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Unzip a fresh instance of XWiki 11.1RC1
2. Delete 'Data' folder (if it exists, in order to start DW)
3. Start the instance
4. On DW, fill the credentials for the Admin user
5. Click 'Register and login' > 'Continue'
6. Choose the standard flavor and start the installation

EXPECTED RESULTS

The DW displays the description of the installing XWiki Standard Flavor and below it, the progress bar for the installation of the flavor.

ACTUAL RESULTS

During the flavor's installation, the information message for a job waiting to be finished is displayed between the flavor's description and the progress bar:

 This job is waiting to start, please be patient: another job might be running on the same pages.
