Several macros fail to retrieve macro descriptor on Windows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit a page in CKEditor mode
2. Click on "XWiki Macro" Button
3. Search for Box Macro and click 'Select'
4. Fill in the required fields
5. Click 'Submit' and 'Save&View'

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Macro is working properly.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When selecting the macro (Step 3), an error is displayed on the 'Edit Macro' box which prevents the macro to be used.

Failed to retrieve the box/xwiki/2.1 macro descriptor.

The identified macros that also have this issue are (may not be the complete list):

• Box Macro
• Code Macro
• Error Message
• Info Message
• RSS Macro
• Success Message
• Warning Message

There is also JIRA Macro that has this issue reported in JIRA-28.

The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 11.0.3 for all above macros, apart from Jira Macro which reproduces on XWiki 11.0.3 as well as on XWiki 10.11.3.
