Technical pages should not be displayed in notifications

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (U1)
3. Login as U1
4. Set all Pages Notifications to ON and Watch the Wiki
5. Login as Admin
6. Create an application with AWM (e.g. App1)
7. Login as U1 and observe notifications received

EXPECTED RESULTS

In the user's notification list, only the event related to the App1 creation is displayed.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Along with the App1 creation event, there are also displayed technical pages like 'NavigationConfiguration', 'WebPreferences', 'App1TemplateProvider', etc.

Also, after running DW for an instance, some technical pages are displayed as well on Activity Stream on Dashboard, like: 'SearchConfig', pages related to Notifications configuration.

These technical pages were not displayed in XWiki 11.0.3
