Deprecated properties are displayed as changes on the document history

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new app using AppWithinMinutes
• Add 2 fields from the palette (e.g. shortText1 and longText1)
• Create an entry for the app
• Edit the app and delete one of the properties (e.g. shortText1 will be displayed as deprecated); save the new app structure. Note: FYI, if you edit in object editor you'll see:
  
• Edit the entry for the app (with or without changes). Note: you'll be able to edit only longText1
• Go on the history and compare the difference

Result:

• the old deprecated property is displayed on the history as a new change
  

Expected result:

• the deprecated property should not be displayed on the history as a new change
