Allow passing list of extensions to provision as System properties

Right now the list of extensions to provision is defined by looking at the current pom.xml and finding all dependencies of it that are not part of the minimal distribution.

The idea is to be able to also specify them as system properties. This makes it easier to be able to run the func tests on a different version of XWiki.
