Rare infinite loop to fetch notification

Since the upgrade from 10.11.3 to 10.11.4 ( but also with a fresh install of 10.11.4 )

Request and Spinner from notification are in infinite loop state.

Everything is in the screenshot, somes of my mates are not affected and I can't explain why, I can just say it comes from 10.11.4 ( there was things about notification in the changelog ) and provide some screenshots.

Honestly it's hard to reproduce, I reinitialized my wiki and a colleague tried to connect before me then me and it was working, some time after a fresh install it's not working.
