Wrong content of attachment when rolling back a page on Windows

STEP TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a page
2. Edit the page and insert an attachment (e.g. a picture file)
3. Make two more edits to the page
4. Update the attachment revision (upload a different attachment with same name)
5. Go to History tab
6. Rollback to a page revision between when the attachment was first attached and when it was updated (e.g. page version 3.1)

EXPECTED RESULTS

The attachment shows version 1.3 and has the content of attachment version 1.1.

ACTUAL RESULTS

After the rollback, the attachment version 1.3 has the content of attachment version 1.2.
