Add translation information when upgrading a translated page with conflict

Use case:

• Subwiki of myxwiki.org
• Upgrading from 11.2 to 11.3
• Main.WebHome default content has no conflict but it seems the German version has
• The UI doesn't mention that the conflict is for the German version and it's harder than it could be to know which translation is being in conflict. At first glance I even thought the issue was about the default content.
