Document changes are not displayed on Notifications Macro's RSS feed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login with Admin
2. Go to Notification Settings and set all Pages to ON
3. Create an user (e.g. U1)
4. Login with U1
5. Create, update, comment a page (e.g. Pag1)
6. Login with Admin
7. Edit a page
8. Insert the 'Notifications Macro' and save the page
9. Click on 'RSS feed' link from the Macro
10. Click on a page revision number (e.g. for update or comment events)

EXPECTED RESULTS

The diff page containing the changes made is displayed in the Feed preview (it follows the same behavior as the 'RSS feed' opened from the link on Bell > Notifications list).

ACTUAL RESULTS

When click on the page revision number, nothing is displayed. This is not consistent with the behavior of 'RSS feed' opened from the Bell > Notifications list on the Navigation Bar. Please see the attached screenshots.
