Dry run feature for extension install and upgrade

When you have a running wiki with installed extensions it's hard to know if upgrading an extension will break your wiki or not (you may have made changes to some pages for example). Thus a dry run feature would be great for this and for detecting both diffs and conflicts. Note that it's similar to XWIKI-16490 but that issue is about the diff while this one also includes conflict handling.
