Allow users to create gadgets without knowing the markup syntax

When a user wants to display content on a Dashboards, he has to use the "Content" gadget, which requires to define and use a syntax (see screenshot).
To have a rich content created with WYSIWYG editor and displayed on the dashboard, he can use also the "Include" gadget, which requires to have an external page hosted on the wiki.

We could propose our user a "Rich content" gadget, with a CKEditor text area in edit mode, to enable easy creation of rich content displayed in the Dashboard.
