Older instances are not properly migrated to XWiki 11.5RC1 on PostgreSQL 11

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create an older instance of XWiki (e.g. 8.4.6) configured with PostgreSQL 11
2. Close the instance
3. Go to the newer instance (11.5RC1, configured with PostgreSQL 11 as well) and copy/cut the

   [...]webapps\xwiki

   folder and replace it (first delete the old one) in the same location on the older version

1. Start XWiki and follow the Distribution Wizard through the upgrade process

EXPECTED RESULTS

The upgrade process is completed successfully without errors.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When the instance is initializing, there are encountered some consistent errors in console.

However, the DW is displayed and can be run to the end, but there are some errors in the browser's install log as well.

Please find also attached the log from upgrading XWiki 8.4.6 on PostgreSQL 11.

I've tested also by migrating XWiki 10.8.3 and I could reproduce the issue as well.

The issue does not reproduce when upgrading to XWiki 11.4.
