Wiki macro bindings are not preserved in case of nested wikimacros

    Description

      The $xcontext.macro binding is removed after each macro transformation, which means that in case of nested wikimacro, it will be removed after the execution of the deepest nested wikimacro, and won't be available for the other ones transformations.
