If a velocity template is empty, the "No template found" page is returned instead

    Description

      If a velocity template doesn't return any results (is empty) or returns spaces then, instead, the "No template found" page is returned by xwiki, which is not correct. It should allow velocity pages to be empty or contain spaces.
