Add action to create Template Provider from the Class UI

    Description

      When a new XWiki class is created, there are the actions to create a Sheet and a Template for the new class. In addition it would have to have the action to create also the Template Provider for the class, only if the Template was created before, with some default values. It should be available only in the class root location (e.g.: for Forum.Code.ForumClass to be available in Forum)
