Allow to reset an authentication failure record

    Description

      The records of authentication failure are currently stored until the wiki is restarted. It can properly be useful to allow admins to reset a record for a given username: this is already possible using a script service, so we should provide a simple UI for it. (cf https://forum.xwiki.org/t/captcha-not-being-displayed/5546/3 for context)
