Duplicate macro ID not handled

    Description

      xWiki does not prevent creating the same Macro ID twice. If one does create a duplicate macro ID, one of the macro is available to choose and this one is also rendered, but the other one is hidden.

      I'm aware that this is some sort of user / admin error, still it would be nice if this would be handled by xWiki.
