The installed version in All extension is wrongly displayed

• Go to : Administration > Extensions
• Search for a installed extension and select: "All extensions" .

Expected results:

• The latest version should be displayed for the extension that can be upgraded.
• The installed version should be displayed for the extension that can't be upgraded and a message.

Actual Results:

1. For a bundled extension that can't be upgraded:
It's displayed the latest version and the upgrade button is visible, but the extension can't be upgraded.

2. For some installed extensions (not the latest installed) is displayed an older version than the one installed and the downgrade button. Some users may feel confused for not founding the upgrade button, but instead the downgrade.
