Images from login CAPTCHA cannot be reloaded from the 'Reload' link in a private wiki

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Rights
      3. Give view right to XWikiAllGroup (which restricts the view right for guests)
      4. Logout
      5. Try to login with Admin (or an user) by using the wrong password 3 times
      6. On login CAPTCHA, click on 'Reload' link to display another image

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The link works properly and another image is displayed every time the 'Reload' is clicked.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      Nothing happens when the link is clicked. If the wiki is not private, the images are reloaded.
