Can't add Annotations to a page containing a slash (/) in the name

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page with a slash in the name eg. "Test / 1"
      2. Add some content
      3. Select a word to add an annotation (CTRL + M)
      4. Add some text
      5. Click on the "Add annotation" button

      Expected results: The annotation is added.

      Actual results: The annotation isn't added and "Failed: Server Error" message appears at the bottom of the page.
