Failed to get the list of flavors on Distribution Wizard on Tomcat

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Configure a fresh XWiki 11.10.2 instance with Tomcat (I tested with Tomcat 9.0.27)
2. Start the instance
3. On DW click 'Continue'
4. Fill the Admin credentials
5. Click 'Register and login'
6. Click 'Continue'

EXPECTED RESULTS

The flavors are displayed without any errors.

ACTUAL RESULTS

An error is displayed on the bottom of the page:

Connection error. Failed to get the list of flavors.

In the browser's console, the following error is displayed:

HTTP400: BAD REQUEST - The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax.
(XHR)GET - http://localhost:1113/xwiki/rest/jobstatus/flavor%2Fsearch%2Fwiki%3Axwiki

For the list of flavors to be displayed, a refresh of the page is needed.
