Deprecate XWiki rename methods that are using String instead of DocumentReference

This issue follow the vote made there: https://forum.xwiki.org/t/deprecate-api-xwiki-renamepage-document-string-and-api-document-rename-string/6056

I open an issue so we can follow it if there some places to fix to avoid deprecated logs.
