Add a method to obtain a link to a section in a document

    Description

      We should provide a way for users to obtain a link to a section in a document, using the heading ids (e.g. http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome#HGettingStarted ). Sometimes, documents get pretty large and one might want either to bookmark a section of it, either to refer that section by it's URL (e.g. in an email, instant messaging conversation, etc). We could do this by adding a "link to this section" button near the edit button of the section.
      Along with this, it might be useful to add a method of linking to a section of a document through xwiki syntax (e.g. GettingStarted ) but I guess this is another issue...
