Date livetable filter should fallback to text filter on templates macros.vm

The support of Date type livetable filter is only performed on the skin livetable_filter macro, however in the template livetable_filter macro, the type Date is still used in case of date: it means that in case of using only the template macro, the filter will be missing for Date columns.
I propose that in the template livetable_filter macro, we fallback on a text type filter.
