Livetable filters have an inconsistent look & feel between the different types of filters

Between the different types of filters that were added in subsequent generations of the livetable component, the look & feel is not really consistent.
In the attached screenshot you can see a Suggest filter (for the Technician column), a multilist filter (for the Network column), a default list filter for the "status" column.

These filters have somewhat similar behaviour (selecting a value in a list) but very different visual results.
Note: I don't expect consistency of the look & feel of the selector itself (because they have different purposes and cannot be harmonised), but the table header when no filter is applied or when a filter is applied but no selector is open should be a little better, notably between the list selector and the multilist selector.
