Create a Notification macro to replace the Watchlist macro

Following XWIKI-14891, there is indeed no macro to replace the watchlist macro when the wiki uses only notifications: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Watchlist%20Application#HWatchlistmacro

This macro stays empty when watchlist is deactivated, and the only one which could replace it is the notifications Filters Preferences macro. Which unfortunately is way less clear for the user (see screenshot)

Proposal would be a livetable macro with the pages followed by the current user with:

• name, location, date, actions columns
• sort and filter options
• a parameter to show or hide system filters
