Connection error. Failed to get the list of flavors. - Can it retry by itself?

Every time I install fresh wiki I have empty Flavor, or just one, or both but almost always "Connection error. Failed to get the list of flavors." appear. Can it auto retry? Or trying couple times before shows "Connection error. Failed to get the list of flavors." ?
