WikiDescriptor host does not match URL at first creation

Reproduction steps:

• Start a wiki locally for the first time with a nginx configuration to resolve it on the domain "foo.me"
• Look the page http://foo.me/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiServerXwiki

Expected result:

• the host should be "foo.me"

Obtained result:

• the host is "localhost"
