Remove the Page property of the Include & Display macros for WYSIWYG users

    Description

      Remove it for 2 reasons:

      • It's confusing to offers 2 ways of entering a reference for users, so we need only one
      • The first tab shows the Page property which doesn't currently have a picker and thus it's harder to use than the Reference tab since it has a picker.

      Thus the idea is to make the Reference tab the way to select the reference to include.

      Also Deprecate the context parameter for the include macro.
