Translating a page from the Information tab is not working

I've put my wiki in multilingual mode with 2 languages. When I click on the missing langage for the current page, I get a dialog box asking me to create a page. I don't want this popup since I'm not creating a new page. It's also confusing as it's asking me to choose a template.

I then continue and click create, and I get to the create page UI, asking me to choose a page name and location.... I don't want that, I just want to translate the current page
