Add a dropdown for the inline editing Translate button for other languages

Right now you have a translate button that allows you to translate into the UI language. It would be nice to have a dropdown with a list of the other supported language in case you would like to translate into another language (while keeping the translation into the UI language when you click ont he button without clicking on the dropdown arrow).
