The translate button is not hidden after we save or cancel the in-place edit

The translate button is added when we start editing in-place, if the page translation corresponding to the current language doesn't exist, so it should be removed when we stop editing (either because we save or because we cancel). ATM the translate button works only while editing in-place so we can't keep it after leaving the in-place edit.
