Accidentally pressing continue in distribution wizard skips step

If you (accidentally) click twice on continue in the distribution wizard. The wizard skips the current step.

This results badly upgraded wiki's.

Suggested is to have a separate button for skip step and check in a proces is still running when pressing on continue.
