Tree Macro is not displayed properly in-place edit mode and requires refresh after page save

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit in-place a page
2. Click on 'Insert' > 'Other Macros'
3. Search for 'Tree' and click 'Select'
4. Insert some content, e.g.:

   * Grandparent
   ** Parent
   *** Child

1. Click 'Submit'
2. Click 'Save & View'
3. Click 'Edit' to edit the page in-place again

EXPECTED RESULTS

The macro content is properly rendered live in-place edit mode as well as after the page is saved.

When added in-place edit mode the macro displays:

After the page is saved the content is not displayed properly as the tree is still not expandable and the icons are still missing:

However, after page refresh the content is displayed as expected:
