A org.xwiki.eventstream.RecordableEventConverter component installed at wiki level won't be called

org.xwiki.eventstream.store.internal.RecordableEventListener requires et default ComponentManager instance instead of the "context" one.

Consequently, modules that depends of it cannot be installed at the wiki level and are forced to be installed at the farm level.
