Wikis Macro requires refresh to display all its content when in-place editing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit a page in-place
2. Click on 'Insert' > 'Other Macros'
3. Search for 'Wikis' and click 'Select'
4. Click 'Submit'
5. Click 'Save & View'

EXPECTED RESULTS

The macro content (wikis list) and 'Create a new wiki' link on its bottom are displayed properly.

ACTUAL RESULTS

After save, the page needs to be refreshed for the the 'Create a new wiki' link on macro's bottom to be displayed.

However, if the macro is added in WYSIWYG editing mode, the content doesn't require a refresh after save.
