Implement a new URL type in livetables

To enable users to display a livetable column containing only links, and give them the possibility to define attribute on them, it would be great to add an URL type to the livetable extension.

This way for example users could setup a string property containing simple links, which would be displayed in a column with <a> attributes (target="_blank", download, etc).
